A visual anthropology project as part of my MA (2012/2013) at the University of Manchester. The film, photographs and writing that comprise the project enter the world of live-aboard boaters and working boats, filming and travelling with those who continue to prove the canals are a way of life, not just a remnant of an industrial past.
